These terms describe the conditions for using Insta. Use the service only when you can legally agree to these terms and comply with the rules that apply to the content and your location.
Permitted use
You may use the tool to process public video links for material you own or have permission to save. You are responsible for checking permission and applicable platform conditions. A public link does not grant a copyright licence or permission to redistribute a recording.
Prohibited activity
Do not use Insta to bypass authentication, access private accounts, evade technical restrictions, infringe intellectual property, distribute unlawful material, or overload the service. Do not submit passwords, session cookies, or recovery codes through the URL box.
Downloads and third-party services
Video availability, quality, sound, and file format depend on the original content and the external provider. A valid URL may still fail. Service interruptions and provider restrictions can prevent a result. Insta does not promise uninterrupted service or successful retrieval of every video.
Ownership and responsibility
Creators and other rights holders retain their rights in third-party content. Downloading a file does not transfer those rights to you. Keep a backup of your own originals and check a saved file before relying on it. You remain responsible for your use and sharing of downloaded material.
Service limits and changes
Features may be changed, limited, or withdrawn, including in response to misuse or technical problems. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about these terms can be prepared using the information on the Contact page.
